Music and readings for Holy Week and Easter from the Chapel of King’s College, Cambridge. The Choir of King’s College, Cambridge, directed by Stephen Cleobury, sings some of the best-loved choral music for the season, including Were You There? (in a new arrangement by Stephen Cleobury), Tomorrow shall be my dancing day, Lotti’s 8-part Crucificus, and the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel’s Messiah.

The story of Jesus’s death and resurrection is taken from the Gospel of John and told in the well-loved words of the King James Bible by members of King’s College. Easter hymns include The strife is o’er, and Jesus Christ is risen today.
